A mishmash of Boz Skaggs, Astrud Gilberto and Ween...?   This is NOT something to be taken very seriously.  And yes, the vocals are intentionally goofy. 

It's just rhythym guitar, vocals, and drum machine.   anyone who wants to throw down some tasty jazz licks, or a marimba solo or anything like that - go ahead.   There's a wide open solo section after the 2nd bridge (I say "guitar")

There's really only 3 chords in the tune  Em7, Am7 and B7 (at least I think that's the chords).
