You can listen to the song as a man singing to a woman but the intent is to explain a true story of the One who gave the ultimate gift of love to shamefull humankind such as us! Adam and Eve were created perfect with free will but because of there wrong choice, and the wrong choices we have made , it has caused us to lose out on eternal life full of blessings. So, Yahweh (aka; God) loves us so much that he gave us a gift that cost him greatly by giving his Son ( aka; Jesus Christ) to us so that we could learn how to get back on track and to recieve eternal life and bliss! So this christmas recieve this song as a reminder of the gift that was given to us for our sake so we can get back home to where we are saposed to be! Most importantly recieve the gift that Yahweh (....Dad...) has given. I recieved the gift years ago and it's a gift that keeps on giving! On anothe note thanks to Mickymix and Wedgebill for there brilliant work of backing vocals, mix and instrumentation......You guys are a huge blessing in more ways than one!
