Here is a cover of Comfortable Numb I did several months ago for my two girls that love Floyd and actually got me to try to record some of their music. I'm so glad I did because it help me grow as a player. I used a decent backing track for bass, drums and keyboard and then added all of the guitar tracks. Ther's no way I could play what Gilmour does but I tried to catch the signiture riffs and fill the the missing spots the best I can. I've been hestitant about posting this because its such an iconic Floyd song with Gilmour perhaps being at his very best. Since the backing track had no vocals the song seemed sorta empty so I attempted to add a vocal line with my guitar. It helped I think. I used my Strat and RP250 for all of the guitar tracks. Hope you enjoy it I would appreciate any feedback I can get.
