I recorded this song a while back when a friend from Spain was staying at my house. I think its kinda cool, it has some nice changes and grooves to it. Hope y'all enjoy it ;)

Final updated file. I played all of the Keys, Bass, Rhythm and Lead Guitar Parts - No samples were used, I just plugged in and went for it. Drums were DOD of course. No add in programs just plain ol' Riff Works - What a great program! Carey Davis

This has kind of an 80's/Queensryche feel to it. If the end sounds weird it's because it originally had a fade out during the outro solo, but I used another program to get that so I had to record a new piece to end it. Crank it up and give it a listen even if you don't cheer!

This is my latest instrumental, a very progressive ( only 1 or 2 riffs are repeated, and so the song kind of unfolds like a story ) mix of heavy distorted riffs, usually with many layers to create powerful depth, and also a lot of semi-acoustic, clean light parts, to provide contrast. It's inspired by bands like Opeth and Edge Of Sanity, so it has a dark undercurrent and quite a strange atmosphere, but judge for yourself and listen to it!

My first submission seems to have a flaw in the later part of the song where the backing tracks drop out. could you please replace it with this correct version? This was written to reflect my impressions after a trip to the Badlands of South Dakota.
