Here is an uptempo ''fusion'' instrumental, which is mostly rocked out but has a couple of jazzy elements to it. Lots of changes so please hang around for the whole 3:55 if you can! Thanks for listening! I used DrumCore for the drums and used Amit's IntelliRiffer to bring those files into the Riffs. Like most of you, I play by ear. However, I did a little research so I could sound intelligent if somebody asked about the solo towards the end. It's all over D using two chord scales, the first is just a regular D "blues" scale with a major 3rd and minor 7th. The second is best described as a mode: D Locrian. This mode has the same notes that are played in an Eb major scale only D is your starting pitch, you might say. So, I was playing the Locrian mode without knowing its name. OK, end of theory lesson. Although I've been riffcasting every now and then from the very start of this community, this is my first ever entry on RiffRumble. And I am glad that two of my very good friends in this community joined me on this collab to work on something that was just a song idea with a refrain. Once again you can hear excellent solo and lead guitar contributions by Jim aka Pootepatty. Mickey (Mix) recorded the mandolin (which was a great idea), e-guitars and sung along thus supporting one of my first vocal efforts. THANK YOU, it was a great pleasure to record this song ! I hope you enjoy the song as much as we did!

Anyhow, he told me it was from a movie that Ben Stiller is in where his name is Gaylord Focker. When I created this piece I had no title and had to call it something so I called it that.
